Reading Inspiration

As I prepare lesson for the literature units for my middle school classes, I remember how much I love to read! It feels like a luxury, even if it's just a few minutes on the bus. How do you fit reading for pleasure into your daily routine? Reading is a great way to expand your vocabulary and your mind.

Here are some of my favorite reading quotes!

Neil Gaiman is an English author of novels, comics, and plays. He has won awards for his comic series "Coraline" and his novel "The Ocean at the End of the Lane".

Jorge Luis Borges was an Argentine author of short stories, essays, and poems in the early 20th century. He wrote about philosophy. His most well-known titles are "Ficciones" (Fictions) and "El Aleph" (The Aleph)

Cicero was an ancient Roman statesman and scholar. He wrote about rhetoric, philosophy, and politics.

Fran Leibowitz is an American writer known for her social commentary about modern life. She often writes for the famous magazine "Vanity Fair".
